We’re 4 humans co-living in a lovely house in Prospect Heights. We’re looking to fill one room with a long-term housemate starting June 1st.

Together we’re creating a home that’s cozy and inclusive, communicative and loving, creative and fun. We aspire to hold space for each of us to live in a way that feels authentic, liberated, and sustainable. We experiment and learn, gather our friends and communities, embody our values, and share them with the world.

The Space

Beautiful 3 story house in Prospect Heights. Around the corner from shops, bars, cafes on Vanderbilt Ave. 2 blocks from 7th Ave Q, 3 blocks from Grand Army Plaza.

5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry/dryer, tons of common spaces: kitchen, dining, living, back deck, large botanical garden and secluded back patio, roof access. Common areas furnished with couches, meditation cushions, room for yoga/movement, an enormous floor-to-ceiling bookcase, projector and screen, professional kitchen. The dining table has room for 12+ people (once we’re past COVID-19 times) enormous common spaces. A very large open living room / parlor space and open kitchen with a back deck that overlooks the garden.

The Room

$950 rent + $125 utilities/house supplies and monthly cleaning + security deposit of one month’s rent
